...the contest is off.
First of all, to my disappointment, NO ONE entered. Second of all, I'll be away for 19 days.
How I'll manage to survive without uploading my works to the internet so that other people will not comment on them, I do not know, but somehow I'll manage it.

In order to attract a few readers, and at the same time try something new, I am going to do a small contest in conjunction with a Short tale for Tall people.
The contest will go something like this: when I posted the latest chapter I left the ending open for as much branches as possible (although it's still a bit limited) so that you, the reader, will be able to “choose your path”. This will not be done because I'm too lazy to continue the story, on the contrary, I have it all written down. This will be done just for the fun of it and anyone can participate, provided that they keep with the story setting. You are not obliged to keep with the same narrative style that I use (although it is preferred).
The stories should be posted on your respective pages with a link back to either my page or the prologue of aStfTp, preferably both. After you've fulfilled the requirements, send me a note so that I may post a link back to your pages.

Unfortunately, it's too good to be true.

It has just occurred to me that a Short tale for Tall people is not very short at all. Just yesterday I wrote myself into a rather boring corner (I do write these things weeks before, when I can, just in case someone wondered) so I backtracked to the point where the story started to write itself into a boring corner (I swear, these things have a life of their own, beware!) and came up with something... less boring. I think I came up with some interesting and amusing side characters.
